PRAYER PAGE

Dear All,

 Thank you for your on-going prayers and support for the school.  During ‘Hebron Prayer Day’ we shall be meeting as mixed staff/student groups around the Lushington campus to give praise and thanks, as well as petition and prayer, for things near and far.  Do join with us whenever you can.

 Praise points:

  • A productive and purposeful term
  • Unexpected but needed rain
  • Excellent Clubs programme
  • A very full Admissions Committee considering August ’08 applicants
  • A wonderful Alumni Reunion in London (1st March)
  • Good facilities programmes – including Assembly Hall renovation
  • Tree-planting, vegetable/flower growing, gardens development
  • A super swimming gala (15th March)

 Prayer points:

  • Those facing Public Exams
  • Parents’ Week (5 – 11 April) including ‘Fiddler on the Roof’, Sports’ Day, Music evening, Thanksgiving Service, Parent/Teacher interviews, Parents’ Meetings.
  • Staffing for August 2008:  we still need French/German, Physics, Business Studies, English/Drama; also some Dorm Parents.
  • Leaving staff and students
  • Completion of facilities and gardens work
  • On-going court case involving the school
  • Follow-up to Admissions’ Committee
